The support I have received from both the admin team and directors has been amazing and has really helped me to develop in skills, confidence and the medicolegal arena. It is lovely to have the flexibility of working how you want to with the opportunity of both in person therapeutic clinical spaces and online appointments. The team itself within psychological pathways really is fabulous with support always at hand should you need it and great processes in place to support the safe and ethical delivery of the clinical work that you do. Directors are always at hand to sound things off and lend advice and with a team of other associates to lean on you never feel alone in your private practice, which is a welcomed change from working for yourself. Appointments are scheduled for you and all admin tasks are managed by the team allowing you to focus on what you love to do as a Psychologist. The time allocated in my week for work within Psychological Pathways is certainly a time in my week that I really value.
