Carmel Lynch-Coman is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Carmel is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (CPsychol), an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and is on the Expert Witness Register for the British Psychological Society.
Carmel was employed in the NHS in psychological services from 2002 until 2018 with special interest in the fields of Neuropsychology and the mental health of adults with physical health challenges and disabilities. Since then she has been working exclusively in independent practice, developing her practice as an Expert Witness undertaking assessments and reports for the Courts, alongside her specialist clinical practice in the areas of Neuropsychology and Alcohol Related Brain Injury (ARBI).
