Circle of Security Parenting (COSP)
COSP can support parents in exploring a framework that will guide them in how to best understand and meet their child’s emotional needs.

Training for Parents
At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security Parenting program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
Who is it for?
The programme is targeted at parents of children in the early years of development (4 months to 6 years) but can be applied to strengthen any parent-child relationship. For more information about the program click here.
The programme is completed over 8 sessions of approximately 1.5 hours duration and is facilitated by one of our Specialist Clinicians who are also trained facilitators in this model. The content includes a mix of videos, hand-outs and discussion.
